Good quality, minor packaging issue

I ordered a refurbished dual basket air fryer from Renew 2 U last month. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and I got an email confirmation right away. Delivery took 6 days to reach me in Nevada, which was within their estimated timeframe. When it arrived, the air fryer itself was in excellent condition, really looked almost new. It's been working perfectly, no issues with cooking or the digital controls. My only small gripe was the packaging; it wasn't the original box, which I expected for a refurbished item, but it could have been a bit more robust for shipping. The support team answered my email about tracking quickly when I had a question, so that was good. Overall, I felt it was a solid purchase and the warranty gives peace of mind.

Got a new kettle

Needed a new kettle 'cause mine died. Found a refurbished temperature control kettle on their site. It got here pretty fast, like 4 days. It works fine, heats up quick and I can set the temp which is cool. It wasn't in its original box but that's okay, it looked new anyway. No complaints here, saved some cash and got what I needed.

Air fryer works well

Bought a refurbished digital air fryer. It arrived quickly. Works perfectly. Saved a lot of money. Very happy with it.

Great value on coffee machine

I was looking for a good deal on a bean to cup coffee machine and found Renew 2 U. I signed up for their newsletter and got a first order discount, which brought the price down even further. The machine arrived well-packaged and looked really good, almost like new. It's been making excellent coffee since I got it. Considering how much these machines cost new, this refurbished option was fantastic value for money. I felt like I got a high-end appliance without breaking the bank. Definitely worth checking out if you're on a budget.

Reliable for vacuum cleaners

This was my third purchase from Renew 2 U, I previously bought a stand mixer and a toaster. This time I got a refurbished cordless vacuum. As usual, the item was exactly as described – excellent condition, all accessories included. It arrived in about a week. The vacuum works just as well as the brand new one my friend has. Their refurbishment process seems very consistent. I keep coming back because I know I'll get a quality product without any surprises, and the savings are significant.

My new smoothie maker!

I got a refurbished smoothie maker and it's amazing! It blends everything so smoothly, I've made so many different drinks already. It was such a good price too, way cheaper than buying new. I'm going to tell all my friends to check this place out! So happy with my purchase!
